3.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Fly Masks & Fly Veils (due to intimate fit requirements)
• Grazing Muzzles (hygiene reasons)
• Pressure Relief Pads (once removed from packaging)
• Custom or special order items from our Matching Set Collection

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4.4 Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping: £12.95 (applied to all orders under £50) via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
2. Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.2 Returns Process

2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt and issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive email confirmation when processed.

5.4 Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., different size of Horse Boots or color of Saddle Pads & Numnahs), follow the standard return process and clearly state your desired replacement item.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs (particularly in our Matching Set Collection), is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express written permission.

Our products are designed for equestrian use. We are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper use of our products, including but not limited to Headcollars and Leadropes, Hoof Boots, or Exercise Sheets.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your use of the website or products is limited to the purchase price of the products you ordered.
