Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium equestrian products. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process makes exchanges or refunds simple.
Our Returns Promise
- 15-day return policy from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Step-by-Step Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Product name and reason for return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Confirmation that the item is unused with original packaging
- Your shipping address
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to:

Refund Processing
- Timing: Processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchanges
For exchanges (e.g., different size of Horse Boots or color of Saddle Pads & Numnahs):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fly Masks & Fly Veils (due to intimate fit requirements)
- Grazing Muzzles (hygiene reasons)
- Pressure Relief Pads (once removed from packaging)
- Any custom or special order items from our Matching Set Collection
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (e.g., wrong Coolers & Day Rugs pattern), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Original international shipping fees cannot be refunded
