We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Horse Boots, Saddle Pads, or any of our other quality items. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to exchange or return eligible products.
Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Returns & Exchanges Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information (or use our template below):
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number with your return.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to:

Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
For exchanges (e.g., different size of Horse Boots or color of Saddle Pads & Numnahs):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired replacement item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fly Masks & Fly Veils (due to intimate fit requirements)
- Grazing Muzzles (hygiene reasons)
- Pressure Relief Pads (once removed from packaging)
- Any custom or special order items from our Matching Set Collection
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (e.g., wrong Coolers & Day Rugs pattern), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK (excluding restricted regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Original international shipping fees cannot be refunded
